BRIEF:

This project was to refurbish the original 1980’s restaurant and bar. New life has been brought to this key Cromwell site with the extended gables providing entrances to either Forage Cafe of the Five Stags Restaurant. Development also included a new commercial kitchen, new wc facilities, outdoor areas and the village green.
