Located on the edge of Mill Creek, Arrowtown, Ayrburn, is part of a larger proposal for Waterfall Park. 

SA Studio has led the Architecture and adaptive reuse of the collection of Heritage stone buildings into a world class hospitality destination.  The Stable and Woolshed is a character filled restaurant and bar. The Cart Shed, named the Manure Room, is a boutique wine and tapa’s room and the quaint Dairy building is restored as an ice-creamery.  The Burr Bar offers cocktails and an insight into life in the 1890’s.

To approach the design, firstly an understanding of the important heritage factors was gained.  This led to developing an approach for the adaptive re-use and new support buildings that is considered, appropriate and celebrated.
